However, if your items are lost by the carrier selected, or if your items are stolen at any time after they have left our facilities, we will not be held responsible.

In the situation that your package is lost or stolen once it has been shipped, you would need to reach out to that delivery service directly to request that they research and attempt to resolve the matter for you.
